Cost Effective Product Design

Reliability is built in from the start by addressing issues during the concept phase. During the development  careful selection of components and attention to detail during testing are of critical importance. However even with the high level of care that we take there will always be potential reliability issues which must be eliminated before the product goes into production. The cost of handling these issues once production and shipment have started is extremely high.

We will define and run for you relatively low cost design maturity programs which stress the products in a variety of ways to produce an accelerated life test. This we will start to do at as early a stage as possible and build up the program until the required product confidence is achieved. We recommend that this program continues well into the early life of the product as part of continually maturing the product.
